How Product Alerts uses your information

This notice supplements MEGA CLAW’s general Privacy Policy and explains the information used specifically for Product Alerts.

Information used by Product Alerts

We use the interests you voluntarily provide—such as categories, series, characters, themes, styles, and exclusions—together with your product-update, event and Store Updates & Offers choices to decide which notices may be useful to you. Klaviyo is the system of record for your mobile number and SMS marketing consent. The Product Alerts service keeps a Klaviyo profile ID, masked phone number, preference mirror, private-link token hash, send history, and audit records needed to operate and protect the Service. When you use our signup form, your number is securely passed to Klaviyo; it is not stored in our application database. We keep keyed hashes of the number and request IP address to limit repeated requests, along with the time and disclosure version of the request. A request is not treated as confirmed marketing consent.

How the information is used and disclosed

We use this information to confirm eligibility, match arrivals to your preferences, apply message-frequency limits, deliver alerts, process pauses and opt-outs, prevent duplicate messages, and investigate service problems. Mobile opt-in information and consent records are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. They may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf, including Klaviyo, where needed to operate the Service or comply with law.

What the customer page does not show

Your private Product Alerts page does not display your mobile number, points balance, purchase history, price, or live inventory quantity. Keep your private link secure and do not forward it to others.

Your choices

You can update interests, add exclusions, change frequency, or pause alerts from your private page. Reply STOP or make another clear opt-out request at any time to end marketing texts. MEGA CLAW does not enroll historical paper points-book numbers without a separate, explicit Product Alerts opt-in.

Retention and contact

We retain Product Alerts information only as long as reasonably needed to operate the Service, document consent and opt-out history, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
